Warranty
We do not have a fixed warranty period as we assess each claim on an individual basis. This allows us to offer you the best service whether you bought your jewellery two months ago or 12 months ago. However, you do have a six month guarantee on manufacturing defects. However, we are always willing to work with you to find a solution that goes beyond the warranty period.
If a piece of jewellery has not been worn properly (misuse), the guarantee is of course void.
Repairs
You can always contact our customer service team. We will often ask you to send us a photo of your jewellery to give us a first impression. Sometimes it is easy to see the cause of the fault and whether it is a manufacturing fault or something else.
If the fault cannot be clearly assessed from a photo, we will ask you to send us the jewellery. Our goldsmith will then examine the item. We will then send you a return form and a return label.
